Who is interested in a nice room with double bed, furnished with wardrobes, big study/worktable with office-chair ? The room is rentable for 3 to 9 months, maybe longer depending of whether or not I go to another country. If you want you can also get a tv â?? and fast wide band internet connection (> 4 mb), I can even fix you with an older pc that is perfectly capable of doing all your normal pc-work.
I will live together with my girlfriend in a few weeks from now so that is why we prefer a woman. I won't make a problem of people that visit you and if a friend/girlfriend wants to stay sometimes it's okay too. Bathroom, toilet, washing-machine and kitchen will be shared. In total I have 3 sleeping rooms with double-beds so sometimes I have friends/acquintances that stay during a few nights/weeks in the 3rd sleeping room.
By bus (including waiting) or bicycle it's only 15 minutes to the central station.
